ARC respects copyright and responds to specific, evidenced complaints. Send complaints to phoenix@arcmusic.pro.

Include

• Your name and contact details.
• The protected work and your authority to act.
• The exact ARC artist/release URL.
• An explanation and supporting evidence.
• A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.

Process

ARC will acknowledge the complaint, preserve relevant records, assess whether sales should be restricted, notify the artist where lawful, consider their response, and record the outcome. A restriction is not a declaration that either party has proved ownership. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to removal or account suspension.
