Legal & Policies
Privacy & Cookies
ARCMusic.pro is operated by FOUR REEL MEDIA CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16039893. Registered office: 47–49 Whitfeld Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN23 7TS.
ARCMusic.pro ("ARC", "we") operates this service from the United Kingdom. Contact: phoenix@arcmusic.pro. The operator’s complete legal-entity and registered-address disclosure will be added when confirmed; ARC does not invent those details.
Information we use
We process account and contact details, artist profiles, uploaded audio and artwork, rights and provenance declarations, ARC analysis results, support messages, payment-account status and transaction identifiers, purchase records, and security/technical logs.
Why and legal basis
We use data to provide accounts, prepare and sell releases, deliver purchases, support users, prevent abuse, meet legal and tax duties, and improve the service. Our bases are performance of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing ARC, and consent where required for optional marketing or non-essential cookies.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared with service providers necessary to operate ARC, including hosting, email, WooCommerce and Stripe. Stripe independently processes identity, banking, payment and tax information under its own notices. Providers may process data internationally using applicable safeguards.
Retention and rights
We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal records, fraud prevention, disputes and backup expiry. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise a right. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
ARC uses necessary cookies and local storage for login, security, preferences, baskets and checkout. Optional analytics or advertising technologies must not be enabled before required consent. Browser settings may block cookies, although necessary functions may then fail.
Fan Terms of Sale
ARCMusic.pro is operated by FOUR REEL MEDIA CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16039893. Registered office: 47–49 Whitfeld Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN23 7TS.
These terms apply to digital music purchased through ARC. Each checkout contains music from one artist. The artist identified on the release and receipt supplies and licenses the music; ARC provides the platform, checkout and delivery service.
Order and price
The complete price, including tax calculated through the configured checkout service where applicable, is shown before payment. A contract forms when payment is accepted and ARC confirms the order. Failed payments do not create a completed order.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Before immediate delivery you must expressly request access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends once downloading begins. This does not remove rights where content is faulty, unavailable or materially not as described.
Licence
Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the fan’s personal use. Copyright is not transferred. Sharing, resale, public distribution, commercial exploitation and making the file available to others are prohibited unless separately authorised.
Problems and refunds
Contact phoenix@arcmusic.pro with the order reference. ARC may restore access, provide a working copy or arrange an appropriate refund. Refunds and disputes may reverse artist and ARC amounts. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the United Kingdom, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
Artist Platform Terms
ARCMusic.pro is operated by FOUR REEL MEDIA CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16039893. Registered office: 47–49 Whitfeld Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN23 7TS.
These terms govern artist use of ARC. Artists must be at least 18 and capable of entering a contract, unless ARC has expressly approved a lawful representative arrangement.
Your content and authority
You retain ownership of your content. You grant ARC the non-exclusive permission needed to host, copy, analyse, transform where requested, display, promote, sell and deliver it through the service. You confirm that you control the necessary master, performer, composition, publishing, sample and artwork rights and that supplied information is accurate.
Sales and fees
Music uses direct Stripe Connect charges when enabled. ARC Free carries a 10% ARC fee and ARC Pro a 3% ARC fee on completed sales; Stripe processing and applicable taxes are separate without ARC markup. Releases have a £1 minimum and orders a £3 minimum. Refunds, disputes and reversals may adjust balances. Stripe verification and payout rules apply.
Tax and records
You remain responsible for your tax affairs. ARC and its providers may collect, verify, retain and report seller and transaction information where legally required. Stripe Tax is ARC’s selected international checkout tax tool, but no tax is claimed as calculated until real configuration applies to the transaction.
Removal and suspension
ARC may restrict sales or content where payment readiness fails, rights are credibly disputed, law requires action, or these terms are materially breached. ARC will preserve necessary transaction, tax, complaint and evidence records after account or content removal.
No fabricated guarantees
ARC analysis and derived guidance do not guarantee commercial success, legal clearance, copyright ownership, sync placement or independent verification.
Copyright & Takedown
ARCMusic.pro is operated by FOUR REEL MEDIA CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16039893. Registered office: 47–49 Whitfeld Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN23 7TS.
ARC respects copyright and responds to specific, evidenced complaints. Send complaints to phoenix@arcmusic.pro.
Include
- Your name and contact details.
- The protected work and your authority to act.
- The exact ARC artist/release URL.
- An explanation and supporting evidence.
- A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.
Process
ARC will acknowledge the complaint, preserve relevant records, assess whether sales should be restricted, notify the artist where lawful, consider their response, and record the outcome. A restriction is not a declaration that either party has proved ownership. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to removal or account suspension.
Complaints & Refunds
ARCMusic.pro is operated by FOUR REEL MEDIA CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. Company number 16039893. Registered office: 47–49 Whitfeld Road, Ashford, Kent, England, TN23 7TS.
Email phoenix@arcmusic.pro with your account or order reference, the problem and the outcome sought. Do not email passwords, full card numbers or identity documents.
What happens
ARC will acknowledge the complaint, identify whether it concerns payment, download, privacy, copyright or account operation, preserve relevant evidence, investigate and provide an outcome. Payment problems may be shared with Stripe; privacy complaints may also be taken to the ICO.
Digital purchases
For a broken link, corrupt file, wrong release, duplicate charge or content materially unlike its description, ARC may restore delivery, replace the file or arrange an appropriate refund. Change-of-mind cancellation after an expressly requested download has begun is treated differently from a faulty-content complaint; statutory rights are not limited.
